Safety on Camp

Safeguarding on camp

Keeping children safe and building a positive playing environment is paramount to the Triple Arrow Camp experience. As such, our main priority will always be the safeguarding and shielding of players.

Triple Arrow operates a specific safeguarding policy, created in conjunction with England Lacrosse’s safeguarding consultant. This outlines the procedures in place to ensure every camper remains safe on camp.

Reporting any Concerns

Triple Arrow Camps are convened directly by England Lacrosse, as an accredited governing body. We have a variety of preventative systems and procedures in place to ensure measures are taken to protect players.

We take the welfare of each and every camper very seriously and any suspicions, concerns, or allegations will be responded to promptly and appropriately. You can gain immediate support or report a concern by clicking here:

Staffing on Camp

We have a strict and structured procedure for dealing with any complaints or concerns in the event an incident ever arises. You will be able to find all of the relevant details on our main website by following the above weblink.

Every Triple Arrow coach must pass a multi-step background check prior to their appointment on camp. This includes a Disclosure and Barring Check (DBS) and safeguarding training as a core baseline requirement.

Risk Assessments

As an organisation, we collaborate with specially selected venues to host our Triple Arrow Camps. This ensures safeguarding is maintained on site at all times- in both a daytime and overnight capacity where applicable.

England Lacrosse liaise directly with all of our venues in advance to each camp taking place, to ensure every facility operates in line with a designated risk assessment. This includes boarding houses on residential camps.
