Every Triple Arrow Camp follows a curriculum designed by experienced England Lacrosse coaches with key outcomes set for each group to ensure everyone completes the week having developed their individual ability.

Each camp provides a unique experience as the coaches plan specialist daily schedules and sessions based on their experience and the ability of the group they are leading.

Each session will have a focus theme from one of the following areas:

Who said learning can’t be fun? Our Triple Arrow Camps are a great environment for all girls to flourish whether they’re just starting out in the game, or looking to get a head start before the new season gets underway. A week at camp also allows the girls to develop their independence and form new friendships with plenty of time for campers to interact outside of lacrosse.

For the true lacrosse lovers. Campers attending the Perform+ Camp will be immersed into a full lacrosse learning environment.

In addition to top-class coaching specifically tailored to improve your game, expert sessions around Strength & Conditioning, nutrition, and recovery using state-of-the-art Health and Fitness facilities will provide a memorable Perform+ camp experience.

Residential Camper Evening Activities

Triple Arrow Camps provide the authentic camp experience with the option for residential campers to stay on site for the duration of camp.
Our residential programme offers the opportunity for campers to fully embrace the environment and offers of our host schools with a full programme of evening activities.

Residential Campers will have scheduled evening activities following Dinner each night, these can include*;
